The Service is a private business intelligence platform. Access is restricted to authorized users from approved company domains. Your employer or organization grants and controls your access. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to: use the Service only for legitimate business purposes; keep your login credentials secure; not share account access with unauthorized individuals; not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; and not use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and analysis. AI outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before making business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
Business data accessed through the Service remains the property of your organization. AI-generated insights and analysis are provided as part of the Service. The Service software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Ask Ariane F.Z.E.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Ariane F.Z.E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Your organization's administrator may also revoke your access. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.
