Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo via Google OAuth or email/password authentication through Supabase.
Usage Data: We collect session duration, pages visited, messages sent, and module interactions to improve the Service.
Chat Data: Questions you ask and responses generated are stored to provide conversation history and improve accuracy.
Files: Files you upload for analysis are processed in memory and not permanently stored beyond your session.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate your identity; display personalized dashboards based on your role and department; improve AI response accuracy through feedback you provide; and monitor system health and performance.
4. Data Storage and Security
Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Business data is sourced from your company's existing systems (Odoo, GoHighLevel) and is not duplicated unnecessarily. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access is restricted by domain-based authentication and role-based permissions.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with: Google (OAuth authentication, Analytics, Ads); Meta (Ads API); Supabase (database and authentication); Anthropic (AI processing via Claude); and GoHighLevel (CRM data). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
6. Data Retention
Chat history is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time. Account data is deleted upon request or when your company domain access is revoked.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact your system administrator or email privacy@askariane.ai.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
